FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Are children allowed on opening day? Yes, but we ask that you do not bring strollers due to the volume of people we have and the multi-level sales floor.
- What type of items do you sell? Infant to teen clothing, shoes, costumes, toys, Large indoor and outdoor play toys, bikes, bedding, nursery equipment, nursery furniture, books, videos/DVD’s, educational items and so much more, Anything that is related to children can be found at our sale!
- What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash and checks.
Can my child try on clothing? No, instead we suggest that you measure your child prior to the sale and bring a tape measure to check for length etc. of the item. - If I can’t volunteer, can I still sell? Yes. While we encourage our sellers to volunteer for one 4 hour shift, it is not a requirement.
- What is the benefit of volunteering? Volunteers shop before the sellers and before the general public so they get first pick of the bargains we have to offer! Plus, it is fun to socialize with other moms while we work.
Frequently asked seller questions-
- Where can I find wire hangers? Many dry cleaners or businesses where uniforms are worn will give you hangers. Dollar stores or Wal-Mart also sell hangers.
Where can I find white 65lb cardstock? Office supply stores or some retail stores sell card stock. - How many items can we sell? At this time, the maximum we will accept is 175 due to space and our desire to accommodate as many sellers as possible before we begin a waiting list.
- What should I do if I have a question or problem regarding entering my items? Email us at kidskingdomconsignment@orangehill.org or leave us a detailed message at 770-948-9388 ext. 56 and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Why do you charge a seller fee if you are no longer supplying tags? Our fee assists us in the management of our sale and helps provide the most up to date technology. It also helps us advertise our sale in order to reach more potential shoppers to buy your items!
- Can I request my same seller number? No. Seller numbers are generated by our website at this time.
